Immediately stop <br /> accumulating containers of oil,aerosols,and paint among the junk and trash,make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for the waste oil,aerosols,and paint,and manage it according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations.Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed <br /> by March 5,2014. <br /> 301. Outside behind the mini mart,oil has spilled from a partially full container of oil onto the surrounding <br /> concrete. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire,explosion,or <br /> release of hazardous waste to air,soil,or surface water which could threaten human health or the <br /> environment. Immediately clean up the spilled oil,and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed <br /> by March 5,2014. <br /> 405.The employee Mayne Lopez stated that the drums of hazardous waste behind the mini mart are only <br /> checked several times a year.Containers of hazardous waste must be inspected weekly.
