Copies of hazardous waste disposal records were not found on site. Hazardous waste <br /> generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Provide corrective action statement of how this violation will be corrected in the future, maintain all <br /> hazardous waste disposal records on site, and submit return to compliance documentation to the EHD by <br /> May 7, 2014. <br /> 127. Copies of spent lead acid battery disposal records were not found on site. The generator shall <br /> retain on site for at least three years a legible copy of each manifest or bill of lading which identifies spent <br /> lead acid batteries shipped to a person who stores, uses, reuses, recycles, or reclaims the batteries or <br /> their components. Provide corrective action statement of how this violation will be corrected in the future, <br /> maintain all lead acid battery disposal records on site, and submit return to compliance documentation to <br /> the EHD by May 7, 2014- <br /> 407. Seventeen 55-gallon containers were observed without proper label. Containers larger than five <br /> gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this <br /> section. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector.
