I forgot to mention that you may have <br />another program at your facility that you may have to answer "Yes" to on the Business Activities Form for <br />Excluded and/or Exempted Materials: Does your facility recycle more than 100 kg/month of excluded or <br />exempted recyclable materials (per HSG 25143,2)? This would be for the Acetone Distiller that your <br />facility has. Please calculate if you recycle more than appx. 27 gallons of used acetone, if so check <br />"Yes" to this question and fill out the appropriate information.
