Product will provide excellent <br /> cleaning and coating a t a modest cost. Controlled foann level at 140° F. Lower temperatures may <br /> require defoamer. <br /> OPERATING DATA <br /> Concentration: 1-2% by volume(for hand-held sprayer) <br /> 2-5% by volume( for re-circulated systems) <br /> Temperature: 1000 - 180° F <br /> Time: 3— 8 minutes <br /> PH: 3.8-4.8 <br /> SAFETY PROCEDURES <br /> Personnel should wear protective equipment when working with product. Face shield or goggles, <br /> rubber gloves and apron. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. <br /> SOLUTION CONTROL <br /> Check at least once per shift. <br /> PH—Maintain between 3.8 and 4.8 <br /> To determine concentration in percent by volume, use the following procedures: <br /> 1, Draw 10 ails. Test sample of bath <br /> 2. Put in 3 —4 drops PTH <br /> 3. Titrate with(.1/N NaOH) until solution turns pink. <br /> 4. Multiply the number of mis. Of NaOH used by product factor to establish concentration in <br /> percent by volume. <br /> 5. Add product as required to maintain desired concentration. <br /> b.
