Von Flue <br /> This is in response to your inspection findings at our facility on August 25,2004 noting <br /> the following violations and our compliance to them. <br /> #10 66262.11(CCR)- We are handling all used fuel filters as hazardous waste. Fuel <br /> filters will no longer be accumulated at this location as all vehicle maintenance is done <br /> off site. <br /> All absorbent material used to clean up spills is and picked up after each use and is stored <br /> until disposal in a labeled container indicating that it is hazardous waste. <br /> #19 25201(a) (HSC) -The 55 gallon drum of used oil was picked up. Enclosed is a copy <br /> of the disposal receipt. <br /> #88(a) 66262.34(d) (CCR)-The Hazardous Waste Emergency Information form has been <br /> filled out and posted by the office telephone. <br /> #88(b) 66266.130(c)(3) (CCR) Drained used oil filters have been picked up. Enclosed <br /> you will find a copy of disposal receipt.
