Mr. Lind <br /> and Ms.Ward indicated to me that the CUPA is prepared to finalize the close out the of Pilkington's Hazardous Waste <br /> Generator Permit upon receipt of clarification as to the identity of the owner of the soda ash currently stored in one of <br /> the silos on site and the owner's intentions as to the ultimate disposition of the soda ash. <br /> As you may recall,we met in your offices regarding this property last fall.The property was acquired on <br /> February 22,2015 by three separate entities affiliated with Reynolds& Brown and Jones Development Company: <br /> ASP/RWM Properties,a California general partnership (as to a 60% undivided interest); R& B Louise, LLC, a California <br /> limited liability company(as to a 25% undivided interest)and R& B Delta, LLC, a California limited liability company(as <br /> to a 15% undivided interest). I am authorized to speak on behalf of the owners of the property. When we acquired the <br /> property,we also acquired several hundred tons of soda ash which we intend to sell back to one or more suppliers. We <br /> are actively pursuing buyers for the soda ash and have no intention of disposing of it on site.
