Date: December 15, 2010 SECTION II: CLASS II VIOLATIONS AND REQUIRED CORRECTIVE ACTION (Class II Violations not considered Minor Violations) You must correct the following violation(s) within 30 days. On December 14, 2010, PNA, violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, § 56265.31, in that the facility failed to properly label the one roll off bin, one 55-gallons drum of used oil had empty label but had used oil in it and paint puncturing device in the hazardous waste storage area and two 55-gallons drums that had empty labels but had material in it near oil-water separation area, three 55-fgalons drums and two containers of unknown material in the boiler room , and one 55-gallons drum of unknown material without any label in it in the hazardous waste storage area Corrective Action: Within 30 days of December 14, 2010, PNA shall, submit evidence to DTSC that those containers have been properly labeled. 2. On December 14, 2010, PNA, violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, § 66265.173 (a), in that PNA failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. Corrective Action: Within 30 days of December 14, 2010, PNA shall submit evidence that the containers of hazardous waste are closed, except when adding or removing waste. PNA shall submit a plan to prevent reoccurrence that describes in detail the corrective actions taken to prevent reoccurrence of this violation in future. DTSC (7r05) Page_q of
