Inspection Report : 4t Facility Name <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. <br /> Wang that how the floor sweep from the baghouse and cyclone separator is being managed by <br /> the facility. Mr. Wang informed DTSC staff is that the floor sweep from the baghouse and <br /> cyclone separator is disposed to the trash and shipped off site to the landfill as a non- <br /> hazardous waste. DTSC staff asked Mr. Wang if PNA has performed any waste <br /> characterization on the dust that is being recycled back to the furnace manually and the floor <br /> sweep dust from the baghouse and cyclone separator. Mr. Wang replied, "Yes think so". <br /> DTSC staff informed PNA that the floor sweep dust from the baghouse and cyclone separator <br /> could be hazardous for metal content. DTSC staff asked PNA to submit the waste <br /> characterization on the baghouse dust and dumpsters (floor sweep) within thirty days of the <br /> inspection date.
