DTSC staff observed about twenty 55-gallon empty drums <br /> stored for more than one year, one container containing a-waste with the start accumulation <br /> date 10/15109 that was stored more than one year, and stored hazardous waste (one 55-gallon <br /> drum of empty paint cans dated 8125110) stored on-site for greater than 90-days without a <br /> permit in the hazardous waste storage area.
