PNA <br /> violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, § 66265.31, in that the facility failed to properly label one 5- <br /> gallon bucket containing lead acid batteries, a pallet containing empty paint containers, and <br /> one 55-gallon drum of waste oil in the hazardous waste storage area. In addition, PNA violated <br /> Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, § 66273.34(c) and 66273.33(c) in that PNA failed to properly mark <br /> electronic devices with the phase "Universal Waste" and also failed to contain universal waste <br /> in a closed, structurally sound container. In addition, PNA violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, § <br /> 66273.35 in that PNA failed to demonstrate a date on which the electronic devices became a <br /> waste.
