Inspection Report , • Facility Name <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. <br /> Photograph No.80: Glass packaging section situated inside the building <br /> t , <br /> The inspection then proceeded to the boiler room situated inside the building. DTSC staff <br /> observed a pallet containing three 55-gallon drums and two containers of unidentified material <br /> having non-hazardous and hazardous waste conflicting labels in the boiler room. PNA violated <br /> Cal. Code Regs., tit. 22, § 66265.31, in that the facility failed to properly label three 55-gallon <br /> drums and two containers of unidentified material in the boiler room. This violation was not <br /> included in the Summary of Violations that was left with the facility on December 15, 2010 but <br /> now being added as a Class II violation in this inspection report. DTSC staff observed three <br /> 55-gallon drum of unidentified material had start accumulation date of 3119104 in the boiler <br /> room. PNA violated Health and Safety Code section 25201(a) and Cal. Code Reg., tit.22 <br /> section 66262.34(a), in that PNA engaged in the storage of three 55-gallon drum of <br /> unidentified material onsite for more than 90 days without a permit or grant of authorization in <br /> the boiler room. This violation was not included in the Summary of Violations that was left with <br /> the facility on December 15, 2010 but now being added as a Class I violation in this inspection <br /> report. In addition, DISC staff also observed spills on the floor from the leaking compressor in <br /> the boiler room. PNA violated Cal.
