DTSC staff observed one unfastened <br /> 55-gallons drum containing oil and absorbents labeled with the accumulation start date of <br /> 5125110 in the bath basement area. PNA violated Health and Safety Code section 25201(x) <br /> and Cal. Code Reg., tit.22 section 66262.34(a), in that PNA engaged in the storage of one 55- <br /> gallon drum containing oil and absorbents for more than 90 days in the bath basement area. <br /> The 55-gallon drum containing oil and absorbents had label with the start accumulation date of <br /> 5125110 in the bath basement area. In addition, DTSC staff also observed waste oil spills from <br /> the furnace operation on the floor in the bath basement area. DTS staff did not observe any <br /> PNA employee working in the basement and that the floor was messy with used oil on the <br /> floor. PNA violated Cal.
