Mr. Franko <br /> informed DTSC that the hydrofluoric acid tank had not used it for years. PNA informed DTSC <br /> staff that hydrofluoric acid was mainly used for the window glass manufacturing and the facility <br /> stopped the window glass manufacturing in 2001. During the inspection, DTSC staff asked <br /> PNA to provide notification and certification of tank closure from CUPA for the hydrofluoric acid <br /> tank situated in the basement area that was closed. PNA failed to provide the required <br /> 65 of 73 <br />
