Can include personal injury - 911 Response <br /> required. <br /> Level II requires notification to: <br /> • Lathrop-Manteca Fire District <br /> • Plant Manager <br /> • ENVIRONMENTAL Manager _ <br /> • Health & Safety Coordinator. <br /> • Human Resources Manager <br /> • Area Managers } <br /> • On-site Supervisor(s) <br /> NOTIFICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO EMPLOYEES AND/OR CONTRACTORS <br /> WILL BE MADE EITHER IN PERSON, <br /> BY THE FIRE ALARM BELL, PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM, AND/OR RADIO. <br /> Within the Level II response, additional controls at the site will be: <br /> • Visual assessment to- determine if other hazard are' present in <br /> addition to fire; (i.e., structure failure, exposed wiring, trip hazards, <br /> unsafe conditions etc.); <br /> • An electrician shall be summoned to, if necessary, disconnect and <br /> control any electrical power sources at site. <br /> • An individual shall be assigned check fire system flow valves, fire <br /> system water pumps and fire system water sources. <br /> • As needed, First`aid/medical support shall be established in the <br /> event of an injury or evaluation of individuals responding to incident. <br /> INCIDENT COMMAND <br /> 909R5003 T N Rev. 5/20/04 <br />
