PILKINGTON
May 3,2006
Steven Shih
Environmental Health Department
San Joaquin County
304 E. Weber Ave., P Floor
Stockton, CA 95202-2708
Subject: Notice to Comply
Inspection date: 4/18/06
The photographs on the following pages were taken on April 26 and 28, 2006.
In the days since your inspection, the basement area has been cleaned and the absorbent material
replaced. Stains on the concrete walls were not able to be removed but were also not wet. The
removed waste has been placed in drums and removed to the Hazardous Waste Collection
Facility except for one drum which is partially full and is still in use. The bath basement area is
rather dimly lit. The photos taken there were done with the camera flash set at maximum.
The secondary containment located in the main shop has been cleaned and returned to service.
I certify that the above actions were taken and the attached photos are accurate and current.
Sincerely,
lK
Roger .
