The forklift that was being worked on at the time of the inspection has been repaired. <br /> The mechanic with our outside contractor(Pacific Material Handling) has been spoken to in regards to <br /> containing oil and properly disposing oily debris while working on equipment. Pilkington gave him a <br /> training session on 22 CCR 66265.31 (see training sheet). <br /> From this point forward all hazardous waste generated by Pacific Material Handling will be removed <br /> from the site and properly managed at their business site.
