The oil was packaged in a UN rated DOT container (55 — gallon steel drum). A
hazardous waste label was placed on the drum identifying the contents, accumulation start date,
etc. A sample of the waste was taken and sent for analysis. Once the results of this analysis has
been completed, and an active EPA ID number has been issued, the waste will be profiled for
proper offsite disposal as a hazardous waste.
The puddles were vacuumed and absorbed and packaged in a separate UN rated DOT container
(55 —gallon steel drum). The areas were scrubbed clean using a ph neutral surfactant (simple
green). A hazardous waste label was placed on the drums identifying the contents, accumulation
start date, etc. A sample of the waste was taken and sent for analysis. Once the results of this
analysis has been completed, and an active EPA ID number has been issued, the waste will be
profiled for proper offsite disposal as a hazardous waste.
Photographs of the areas subsequent to the cleanup activities are attached.
If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
