The following are Class II (Repeat) violations: <br /> 301,404, 605/701, and Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 108, 122/123/124, 407, 703, 910, 912 <br /> 108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: <br /> - One 55-gallon poly-drum of unknown substance by the Cram-A-Lot compactor out in the yard, <br /> - Oily liquid in multiple secondary containments at the storage lean-to outside the maintenance shop, <br /> the used oil storage location out in the yard, the hydraulic oil storage trailer out in the yard, and <br /> concrete secondary containment for large vertical filters removed from the compressors outside north <br /> end of the production building, <br /> - One 5-gallon bucket of used oil at the storage lean-to outside the maintenance shop, <br /> - One 5-gallon bucket of used oil, an absorbent snake inside a lidless unlabeled 55-gallon drum, and <br /> four 5-gallon buckets of unknown solid waste at the used oil storage location out in the yard, <br /> - Two worn absorbent pads, approximately 55 gallons of unknown liquid inside the Ultrasep unit, and <br /> fallen leaves soaked in leaked oil within the concrete secondary containment berm outside north end <br /> of the production building. <br /> Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br /> or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br /> 22. If the waste is determined to be a non-hazardous waste, you are required to submit evidence (i.e. <br /> third party laboratory testing results) supporting such a determination to EHD.
