Navone, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> NOTES <br /> Permission to inspect the facility was granted by Tung Viet Truong, but permission to photo was not <br /> granted per business policy. <br /> Facility generated 14.81875 tons of hazardous waste in 2012, but generates about half the volume <br /> currently. Therefore, facility is re-categorized as a 5-25 tons hazardous waste generator for permitting <br /> purpose, but remains unchanged in the regulatory category during this inspection. <br /> Facility manufactures roofing materials, and generates hazardous waste from use of knock-out oil and <br /> equipment maintenance. <br /> Assisted facility in updating CERS information. <br /> No Universal Waste was observed during this inspection. Generator stated they had not generated any <br /> in recent years. Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol <br /> cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed <br /> container with a method to identify the content and the start date of accumulation. Universal Wastes <br /> must be managed within 1 year of accumulation, and the disposal records maintained on site for at least <br /> 3 years. <br /> A copy of San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal Program pamphlet has been <br /> provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: 12/19/2013 <br /> 1) A completed copy of Return to Compliance Certification (attached), <br /> 2) statement how each violation was corrected, <br /> 3) Document and evidence of corrections. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 B R `' .f -elk a 1 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
