It has been a hectic <br /> time for us trying to keep our business alive. <br /> Corrective actions are as follows; <br /> #10 1 have identified the substance in the 55 gallon drum. It is an oil/grease mixture,the drum has been <br /> properly labeled and shop hazards solutions has been notified for pick up, I will forward the receipt <br /> immediately upon receiving it. <br /> #19 Shop hazards solutions has been notified to pick up dated waste, receipt will be forwarded <br /> immediately upon receiving it. My weekly inspections will serve as a reminder to stay on top of this. <br /> #20 All containers have been properly labeled, photo's to follow. <br /> #27 1 have notified vendors for copies of the receipts, I have received some which I will forward with <br /> this letter, I will forward the remaining copy as I receive it. Copies will then be filed appropriately. <br /> #64 Placed a call to Steve Reichow at NES for advise on tank certification.John Boll at NES, 915-214- <br /> 3514,will be doing the tank assessment,will keep you advised as this develops. <br /> #59&#91 1 have printed out the daily&weekly inspections from my Cupa manual. I have created a file <br /> for these forms. I have assigned a shop technician to perform this task. <br /> #83 1 have filled out the UW label properly and had them picked up, will forward the receipt. <br /> Note:All existing HW/UW containers have been labeled properly at this time. <br /> Note: I have also arranged to have empty 55 gal drums hauled away. Will forward receipt. <br /> In closing, I want to say that the Cupa class I attended on the 29th proved to be very insightful, i will <br /> be making arrangements to attend the advanced Cupa class at a later date. I plan to send my foreman <br /> and lead personnel as well to the Cupa class. <br /> Thank you for your patience and leadership in these matters. <br /> Sincerely <br />
