Continuing Letter of Guarantee KC-400 Packers Chemical, Inc. hereby guarantees that KC-400 as of the date of shipment or delivery to be on such date of shipment or delivery, not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal (USA) Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and not an article which may not, under the provision of Sections 404, 505, 512 of the Act to be introduced into interstate commerce, and in the case of packaging materials is permitted for its intended use within the meaning of Section 409 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Also, Packers Chemicals, Inc. guarantees that this article is safe and effective under conditions of use as described on product label instructions, and if continued to be used, handled and stored properly, will not adulterate food products or create unsanitary conditions. The undersigned further guarantees that all such articles: I. Which are materials susceptible to contamination by pathogenic microorganisms are free of such; 2. Which are susceptible to aflatoxin contamination or contamination by animals, birds, vermin, microorganisms, or extraneous materials comply with current United States Food and Drug Administration regulations, guidelines and action levels for natural and unavoidable defects; 3. Are in full compliance with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 consistent with the current listing of chemical substances. 4. This article is formulated to be safe and appropriate for the intended use, and complies with guidance set forth in Sanitation Standards Compliance Guide, in which Food Safety Inspection Service presents or references methods proven to be effective in maintaining sanitary conditions in meat and poultry establishments.
