(together "Santa Fe <br /> Pacific Pipeline"). <br /> This letter is to inform you of the proposed acquisition of substantially all of Santa Fe Pacific Pipeline's <br /> interests in SFPP, L.P. by Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. and its affiliates (together "Kinder <br /> Morgan"). Following the acquisition, SFPP, L.P. will continue to own and operate the above-referenced <br /> facility, and any invoices submitted for the facility should be addressed to SFPP, L.P.
