The Consolidated Contingency Plan be reviewed, and updat 6.;wh MNIfv17NT-AL HEALTH <br />applicable, whenever: C -"-Z* -=,n NiENT <br />• The plan fails in an emergency <br />• Facility alterations in its design, construction, operation, maintenance, or any circumstances <br />that materially increase the potential for fires, explosions, or releases of hazardous waste, or <br />changes the response necessary in an emergency <br />• List of emergency coordinators changes <br />• List of emergency equipment changes <br />Submit a copy of any updates or alterations to the applicable CUPA. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />gmergency Response Plans and Procedures <br />Notifications <br />As required by State Law, an immediate verbal report of any release or threatened release of a <br />hazardous material shall be provided to local fire emergency response personnel, the applicable CUPA, <br />and the California Emergency Management Agency.
