Within 15 days of any hazardous materials emergency incident or threatened hazardous materials emergency incident that triggers implementation of this plan, a written Emergency Incident Report, including, a description of the incident and the facility's response to the incident, must be submitted to the California DTSC, the local CUPA, and the local fire department's hazardous materials program.
