ATTACHMENT B <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />GENERAL ORDER FOR DISCHARGE OF <br />GROUND WATER FROM.CLEANUP OF <br />PETROLEUM FUEL POLLUTION <br />TO SURFACE 'MATERS <br />-3- <br />readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate <br />clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br />The report will also include an evaluation of the ground water cleanup progress, <br />trends, monitoring well analyses and plume containment. <br />Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br />day of the following quarter. <br />The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br />specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br />Upon written request of the Board, the Discharger shall submit a report to the <br />Board by 30 January of each year. The report shall contain both tabular and <br />graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year. <br />In addition, the Discharger shall discuss the compliance record and the <br />corrective actions taken or planned which may be needed to bring the discharge <br />into full compliance with the waste discharge requirements. <br />The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program immediately upon the <br />commencement of the initial discharge covered by the General Order. <br />This Monitoring and Reporting Program may be modified by the Executive Officer <br />for individual discharges. <br />Ordered by: <br />. <br />WILLIAM H.
