Effluent Limitations: <br />1. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5. <br />3. The peak daily discharge flow shall not exceed 230,000 gallons/day. <br />4. The peak monthly flow shall not exceed 460,000 gallons/month. <br />5. The maximum temperature shall not exceed the natural receiving water temperature by <br />more than 20°F. <br />6. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 86®F. <br />7. Survival of test fish in 96 -hour bioassays of undiluted waste shall be no less than: <br />Minimum for any one bioassay - - - - - - - - - 70% <br />Median for any three or more bioassays - - - 90% <br />
