Failed to determine if waste is a hazardous waste. In the grey plastic garbage can located at the <br /> waste oil storage area, there are oily waste rags and an oily cardboard box of waste grease cut-up <br /> containers. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> Immediately remove any oily petroleum saturated waste items, make a hazardous waste determination <br /> for them, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> 605. Failed to correctly label containers of hazardous waste. Two 55 gallon drums of waste oil and four <br /> 55 gallon of oily-water all lacked identification of the hazardous property. Two 55 gallon drums of waste <br /> oil had no hazardous waste label.
