Open containers of used/waste oil or diesel were reported to <br /> be spilling onto the ground. <br /> A permission to take photographs was not granted by Mr. Salazar at the time of inspection, and as such <br /> no pictures were taken. This facility infrequently generates hazardous waste as part oil changes that take <br /> place for the existing heavy duty trucks utilized during routine business operations, and as such will be <br /> added to the inventory as a hazardous waste generator. Discussed waste disposal procedures for the <br /> existing hazardous waste stored onsite and the clean-up activities necessary for any staining observed <br /> around open hazardous waste containers.
