During our telephone conversation
you informed me that San Joaquin County does not require that we submit a report identifying
the quantity of used oil picked up from our facility periodically during the year by Evergreen
Environmental Services.
You did inform me that San Joaquin County does require Leprino Foods Company to maintain
records of receipts from such haulers, such as Evergreen Environmental Services, for at least
a three-year period.
If this letter accurately states your understanding of our telephone conversation of March 5,
1997, please sign your name in the space provided below and return the original of this letter
to me in the envelope provided. I have enclosed a copy of this letter for your files.
Very truly yours,
ar .
