During our telephone conversation <br /> you informed me that San Joaquin County does not require that we submit a report identifying <br /> the quantity of used oil picked up from our facility periodically during the year by Evergreen <br /> Environmental Services. <br /> You did inform me that San Joaquin County does require Leprino Foods Company to maintain <br /> records of receipts from such haulers, such as Evergreen Environmental Services, for at least <br /> a three-year period. <br /> If this letter accurately states your understanding of our telephone conversation of March 5, <br /> 1997, please sign your name in the space provided below and return the original of this letter <br /> to me in the envelope provided.
