Four totes,two containing corrosive labels were found <br /> emptied adjacent(east side)the exterior truck wash.The used oil container inside the old shop was marked with a <br /> date emptied of 6/27/13.Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be <br /> marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and <br /> manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> Please note that due to technical difficulties the Program section on this report incorrectly reads 2227-GEN <br /> 13<25 TONS PERMIT, and should read 2226-GEN 5<13 TONS PERMIT. <br /> The following containers were found open in the old shop: a bucket of oil underneath the oil filter press, a bucket <br /> of oil near the entrance of the old shop, and a bucket of oil next to the yellow manfacturing equipment. Steve <br /> Hronek removed the buckets of oil and placed the oil into the used oil container at the time of inspection. <br /> Corrected on site. <br /> Waste streams observed on site: used oil, used antifreeze, metal and cartridge oil filters, paper filters, oily <br /> absorbent, metal fines, parts washer fluid, aerosol cans, batteries, and light bulbs. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 6/22/2018 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
