Cleaned all broken universal waste "lamps. <br />2. Put all these lamps in a box of the same length to be in a stable manner to <br />prevent breakage and releases to the environment. <br />3. Labeled this box with "HAZARDOUS WASTE -(GENERATOR <br />SIGNATURE) date 01-02-15. <br />4.
