Emptied remaining oil into <br /> larger waste oil tank on site. <br /> Multiple paint cans removed from second floor.All cans were labeled latex paint. Empty and dry containers are being used <br /> as nuts and bolts,used parts containers and shop buckets.Containers with paint stored for future use. <br /> #110.We have contacted a professional Safety training agency to discuss our training needs.Once completed we will be <br /> able to provide you all the necessary information to satisfy this violation.We anticipate approximately 30-45 days to <br /> completion. <br /> #111.Will be remedied with the above. <br /> #115.Documents enclosed showing the necessary info and signatures. <br /> #501.We are currently making inquiries to locate a qualified professional for the assessment. <br /> We also respectfully request an extension of time beyond the original 30 days so that we may continue to correct the <br /> remaining violations. <br /> Thank you for your consideration and assistance with this matter. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Lahkvir Singh <br /> authorized by Rajinder Singh <br /> 4ive S— <br />
