As such, if the collected shallow soil data meet the LTCP <br /> criteria, please include in the requested Site Assessment Report a comparison of Site <br /> data and a discussion of how Site data meet all criteria of the LTCP. <br /> 2. The most recent groundwater sampling event at the Site was performed in June 2017. <br /> Please sample Site monitoring wells during 2"d quarter 2018, and include the results in <br /> the requested Site Assessment Report. <br /> 3. For clarification purposes, while the referenced address for this Site is, and will continue <br /> to be, 820 S. American Street, according to San Joaquin County Assessor's records the <br /> Site actually consists of three separate parcels: 824 S. American Street (APN <br /> 147-292-11), 603 E.
