Recordkeeping <br /> It is standard procedure for all personnel to report immedietly <br /> any job related injury, exposure to fumes or respritory problems <br /> incurred to either the job foreman, safety manager or safety <br /> officer. All documentation is kept on file at the main office. <br /> Scone of work for soil samples and tanks: <br /> * In the case of a re-excavation this section would not apply; <br /> Seibold Corporation will triple rinse the tanks and piping with Simple Green <br /> and put rinsate into drums, where we will have Refineries Services, P.O. Box <br /> 1171 Patterson, CA. 95363 1-800-874-444 C.A.D. 10813166728, pump the rinsate <br /> and haul with manifest to Refineries Services facility. A copy of this <br /> manifest will be sent to S.J.C.P.H.S. Seibold Corporation will haul triple <br /> rinsed tank. <br /> Soil samples will be taken by brass tubes from dirt from tank hole floor. <br /> The excavated dirt will be covered with black plastic until results of soil <br /> samples arereceived. The soil samples are to be taken with back-hoe bucket 2'- <br /> 4' below tank hole floor. Then samples are taken in brass tubes from dirt near <br /> bucket teeth. FGL Labs will take soil samples and perform lab work; <br /> (209)942-0181 <br /> Inerting the tank will be as follows: 20 pounds of dry-ice per 1,000 gallon of <br /> tank. Liquid nitrogen will be used after dry-ice to help purge the tank to low <br /> L.E.L. level. The tank and piping will be taken to Kincaid Metal Recycling Co. <br /> to be cut up for scrap metal and then sent to The Lerner Co. on Navy Drive in <br /> Stockton, CA.
