American St. 2,000 gallon tank-hole site. <br /> Seibold Corporation will re-excavate east end of tank hole to 8' deep and <br /> take soil sample at 8 ft. <br /> EGL Labs will take soil samples and perform lab work, (209) 942-0181, <br /> 2500 Stagecoach Rd. Stockton. Soil samples will be taken with brass tubes <br /> • from back-hoe teeth. The excavated dirt will be stockpiled and covered with <br /> plastic. <br /> A 48 hour notice will be given to SJPHS prior to soil samples and at which <br /> time we will use hard hat, gloves, protective eye wear, fume mask, protective <br /> over-alis, and boots. Two fire extinguishers of 20 BC will be present. <br /> Underground utilities are noted and drawn on attached plan. Area Hospitals <br /> and fire departments are shown on city map as well as telephone numbers <br /> listed.
