A soil sample <br /> will be taken at 4' deep and tested for: Lead, TPX, Benzene, Tulene, Ethyl <br /> Benzene, Xylene, TVH. <br /> 2. Canonie Environmental will be contracted to take 1 brass tube soil sample <br /> and perform above listed analysis. <br /> 3. Re-excavation to be done with backhoe. <br /> 4. Approximately 3 yards of material to be excavated. <br /> 5. Excavated materials will be stock-piled at 820 S. American St. and covered <br /> with plastic visqueen. pe—P <br /> 6. Excavated materials will be aerated 3 times a week until dirt is advised <br /> clean by S.J.L.H.D. and hauled off to landfill facility. <br /> 7. Attached is authorization to release analytical results to S.J.L.H.D. <br /> 8.
