As outlined in the table below, <br />the optimal laboratory detection limits for ETXE are well below <br />the 0.3 ppm detection limit outlined in the LUFT Manual. Table 3-6 of the LUFT Manual establishes a <br />detection limit for TPH analysis of soil samples at 10 mg/kg. If <br />we calculate the detection limit based upon the method outlined, <br />the detection limit is actually 25 mg/kg. The laboratory has <br />modified the DHS method k1y using 30g of soil sample, rather than <br />20g as specified by the method, to achieve a detection limit of <br />17 mg/kg. <br />I: <br />M <br />
