Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Dear Sirs: <br /> The attached is a request by Telie Engineering Corporation for <br /> issuance of a special permit for the construction of two (2) <br /> monitoring wells per San Joaquin County ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 4105 and page 2 , Paragraph S, D of the Associated Rules and <br /> Regulations. <br /> The purpose of the two (2) wells is to obtain ground-water samples <br /> as requested by the lending bank an part of a real estate <br /> transaction. <br /> Upon completion of the borings, water samples will be taken and <br /> properly packaged and shipped to a state certified laboratory.
