A maximum of five trucks may be parked on the site during 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. No person is permitted <br /> to stay or sleep in trucks overnight. <br /> 6. All signs shall be subject to approval by the Community Development Director or Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 7, There shall be no chain-link fencing, barbed/concertina wire or similar material visible from <br /> Anderson Street. <br /> 8. A five-foot wide landscape strip shall be installed and maintained along the project's frontage on <br /> Anderson Street. All landscaped areas indicated on the site plan shall comply with applicable <br /> requirements of the Stockton Municipal Code and shall be provided with a timed,automatic irrigation <br /> system.
