The SPCC plan is being worked on and we
intend to provide a copy of the plan once completed.
Violation 103: Our personnel had incorrectly noted on the Business Activities
page on CERS a "No" regarding whether our facility owns or operates
aboveground tanks with storage greater than 1,320 gallons. The CERS page
was updated so the violation was corrected "On -Site"
Hazardous Waste Inspection
Violation 101: We have sent in EPA ID renewal request to DTSC. The EPA#
CAL000420023 is still in process of being reactivated. Once this is activated we
will provide the number to Safety-Kleen to have them remove the items we have
on hand.
Violation 601: The inspection identified for us that there was several containers
of hazardous waste on site that had been here longer than the 180 day
maximum. Once we were educated we realized that we were unable to have it
removed from our site because of the lapse of our EPA number. As stated in the
prior violation note, once it becomes reactivated Safety-Kleen will be notified
and the waste will be removed from the site.
Violation 605: The inspection noted that the containers that had hazardous
waste in them were not individually tagged. These include the large oil tank
along with the 55 -gallon storage cans we have with waste inside.
Once we have the EPA number we will tag the individual items for Safety-Kleen
to remove from the site.
Tower Park Resort and Marina
14900 W.
