I still have the containers and will be taking them to the San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Facility
on Bridgeford Street in Stockton this Thursday. I will email you a receipt for the paint we dropped off there. Please continue to update and schedule with me your clean
up effort of the fire residual waste. Please he aware I will not be available on 2gtn and 29th due to prior arranged
training.
Best Regards,
Jeffrey Wong
From: Austin, Duncan@Waterboards [mailto:D_uncan.AustinCdwaterboards.ca.aovl
Sent: Friday, August 24, 2012 3:54 PM
To: Jeff Wong [EH]
Subject: RE: Analytical results for Stockton-Delta KOA lift station &evaporation pond samples
Thanks Jeff;
As we discussed, our experience has been that in most cases the indicator for excessive contamination of water from fire
suppression will be TPH diesel and/or oil. Because your samples do not contain detectable levels of TPH, I believe it is
safe to assume, absent other indicators,that the captured fire suppression water is suitable for discharge to the
treatment plant.
t
