If the Receiver does not have sufficient funds to administer the Receivershi] <br />Estate as prescribed above, the,Receiver may; without further order of thi <br />Court, issue Receivership Certificates with interest at the Note rate to an, <br />person or parties including, but not limited to, Plaintiff, provided that thi <br />provision shall not be construed in any way as an obligation on the part o <br />Plaintiff to advance any funds!to the Receiver for the maintenance of the <br />Receivership Estate. Any such borrowing shall be the sole and exclusive <br />responsibility of the Receivership Estate, and no such borrowing o <br />obligation so incurred shall be the personal risk or obligation of the <br />Receiver. All funds loaned Ao the Receiver pursuant to Receivershil <br />A <br />Certificates shall be deemed ted be a lien of first priority which shall b( <br />repaid prior to all other encumbrances and claims, other than costs o <br />administration of the Receivership Estate. <br />22. The Receiver is authorized, without further order of this Court and pursuan <br />to California Rules of Court Rule 3.1180, to hire legal counsel to assist the <br />Receiver with all legal concerns, court appearances and any disputes <br />concerning the administration of the Receivership Estate.
