This report supersede the report dated October 12, 2011 <br />Class II Notice of Violation <br />108. At the time of inspection facility cannot demonstrate what happens to there metal fines generated at <br />the maintenance shop area. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a <br />hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the fines and grinds in the <br />generated in the maintenance shop area, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is <br />determined to be a hazardous waste.
