All hazardous waste containers shall be <br />marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br />licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br />manifest to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. <br />610. Facility had a 55 gallon drum storing drained used filters not labeled as such. Used oil filters must <br />be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br />accumulation start date. Immediately add "drained used oil filters" and ensure that all used oil filters are <br />managed in this way. Provide proof of corrective action to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this <br />report. <br />Notes <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, to the EHD within 30 days of <br />receiving this report. <br />Provided labels and labeling instructions. <br />Provided free hazardous waste and SPCC program class schedule. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Received By: <br />Title: <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
