(f) Compliance Testing Management <br /> SOPUS shall contract with third-party contractor(s) to provide site-specific UST <br /> Compliance testing and certification services. The contractors, on behalf of SOPUS, shall <br /> provide scheduling, notification, testing, minor repairs and information management. Copies of <br /> all testing and inspection.reports must be maintained and accessible to SOPUS staff via the risk <br /> management software systems. <br /> Testingaction items are.tracked and managed in the risk management softwares stems. <br /> Y <br /> Each month, the third-party contractor(s) shall provide a report to SOPUS detailing the status of <br /> all site-level compliance testing. When necessary,meetings or tele-conferences will be held <br /> between SOPUS and the third-party contractor(s)to discuss open action items in the risk <br /> management software systems. <br /> (g) Station Operator Notice of Noncompliance Process <br /> All contractual agreements between the Lessee Retailers and/or Multi-Site Operators <br /> (MSO's) and SOPUS shall require the Lessee Retailers or MSO's to comply with applicable <br /> laws and regulations, if a Lessee Retailer or Multi-Site Operator fails to comply with applicable <br /> laws, SOPUS shall issue the Lessee Retailer or MSO a Notice of Non-Compliance (NONC)_ <br /> SOPUS shall establish clear NONC procedures and centralized responsibilities for the <br /> administration of this process, and administer the management of the program with the use of the <br /> risk management software systems <br /> (h) UST Orientation Sessions <br /> (i.) SOPUS shall provide annual compliance orientation sessions to its third-party <br /> contractors, consultants, Lessee Retailers, and MSO's regarding emergency <br /> response, incident reporting requirements, monitoring/leak detection systems and <br /> reporting, inventory reconciliation,hazardous waste handling, storage and <br /> inspection requirements. <br /> (ii ) SOPUS shall provide annual training regarding its release reporting policies and <br /> procedures to SOPUS employees and to third-party consultants and contractors. <br /> (iii.) SOPUS,shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all station operators, <br /> employees, third-party consultants and contractors attend the orientation and <br /> training sessions. <br /> (iv) SOPUS shall maintain in a central location for review by regulatory agencies all <br /> records of these orientation and training sessions'set forth in paragraph 6(h)(i) to <br /> (iii) inclusive. <br /> l <br /> People v.
