One full 55-gallon drum of used oil is stored on site and has been accumulating used oil since 2010. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by May 27, 2017. The facility is no longer generating used oil at the facility. Once the used oil is disposed of properly and the SJCEHD receives the disposal receipt,the used oil permit will be inactivated.
