In addition,
we have instituted regular ph testing of the incoming waste water to monitor on-going
compliance. In the past we have relied on our knowledge of the process and materials used
but acknowledge that independent lab tests are a better method.
Item#62,63 and 85—We have treated a file for disposal records for universal waste. In the past these
have not been collected and stored in one place. Regarding items 62 and 63-because we
have not disposed of any hazardous waste In the past three years we have no disposal
records.
With the corrections noted above we believe Cal Sheets is in compliance with all hazardous waste
regulations. As a company it is important to us to be in compliance with all rules and regulations and we
appreciate your help in deciphering the sometimes complex array of requirements.
Sincerely,
Peter D.
