A black 55 gallon drum behind the facility did not have the correct physical state listed on the drum. The physical state of the black 55 gallon drum is listed as a solid, the EHD inspector observed liquid inside of the drum . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: -the words "Hazardous Waste' - name and address of generator -hazardous properties - physical state -composition (contents) - accumulation start date Immediately label this container with the correct physical state and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. This is a repeat violation, Class Il. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a stateme documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by November 17, 2014 .
