OCT 2 0 [010 <br /> To Whom it may concern, ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> This letter serves as a Return to Compliance Certification to the anRJoaquin Co1un`t� <br /> Environmental Health Department site inspection on McLane Foodservice at 800 E. Pescadero <br /> Ave. in Tracy, Ca. <br /> Violation #8: Paperwork has been submitted to the DTSC to reactivate EPA #. <br /> Violation #20: All containers and tanks have been properly labeled. Additional labels have <br /> been ordered for use to remain in compliance. <br /> Violation #27: Procedures have been put in place to ensure that all containers of hazardous <br /> waste are kept closed except when adding and removing hazardous waste. Poly drums <br /> containing compressor oil and spent absorbent will be removed by Safety Kleen. <br /> Violation #50: Arraingements have been made with Safety Kleen to remove all hazardous <br /> waste older than 180 days. We are waiting on our EPA # activation to complete this project. <br /> Once Safety Kleen hauls away HW containers a manifest will be sent to the EHD. <br /> Violation #60, 61, ft 62: A signed off copy of Manifest # 001509533 has been obtained and <br /> will be stored on site for the next 3 years. A legible copy of the manifest will be sent to the <br /> DTSC immediately. Chris Hake, Bruce Bravo, and Brian Shoeman all attended the Hazardous <br /> Waste Management (CUPA) training on October 14`h at the San Joaquin County EHD office. <br /> This class has given us a much better understanding of the regulations that we must be in <br /> compliance with and what documentation we need to maintain. <br /> Violation #64: Disposal records will be kept for spent lead batteries. Brian Shoeman is <br /> currently in the process of disposing batteries through Star-Tam located in San Leandro, CA. <br /> All batteries in the past 3 years have been rebuilt and sent back to our center. No disposal <br /> receipts are necessary for the previous 3 years. <br /> Violation #84: Fluorescent bulbs that have accumulated are scheduled to be hauled away by <br /> Safety Kleen once the EPA # is reactivated.
