3) Walking (Moving about on foot) <br />Frequency: Frequently <br />Surface: Level cement surfaces or wood floors <br />Frequency: Occasionally <br />Distance: Several feet to several hundred yards, or span <br />of warehouse facility. Varies, according to assigned <br />task(s) <br />Work Performed: <br />Walking occurs to/from the tug or areas to be cleaned, and <br />in the process of mopping, sweeping, and cleaning <br />surfaces, spills, accessing trash, etc., and general areas of <br />the facility. <br />4) Bending (Bending at the waist with straight knees). <br />A)Light — 20 degrees <br />Frequency: Occasionally <br />Work Performed: <br />Light bending to 20 degrees occurs routinely and briefly <br />to access trash bins, and intermittently. Bending also <br />occurs to access areas cleaned, such as sinks, surfaces; to <br />use a mop or broom to sweep floors, stairs, etc.; and, to <br />access supplies. <br />B)Moderate — 45 degrees <br />Frequency: Infrequently <br />Work Performed: <br />Moderate bending to 45 degrees occurs to clean toilets, <br />urinals, lower sink or counter, or other surfaces; and, to <br />access supplies. <br />C)Full bend — 90 degrees <br />Frequency: Rarely/Seldom to Infrequently <br />Work Performed: <br />Full bending occurs for expediency and efficiency to pick <br />up trash or debris from a low surface or the floor, and to <br />remove damaged product from floor level. <br />Janitor -Cleaner (psychological factors) <br />
